Connect with Nature
Nurture Body & Mind
Practice Immersions
The practices of yoga and meditation give us opportunities to shift from a state of habitually doing to one of simply being, so we can soften into the present moment and let our minds rest naturally.
This summer, let's gather together to relax, unwind and dive deeply into practice.
Together we’ll disconnect from digital distractions, immerse ourselves in yoga / meditation, connect with nature and each other, and enjoy healthy vegetarian lunches.
1-Day Yoga Immersions
In these yoga immersions, offered throughout the summer, we will focus on simple asanas (postures) that nurture healthy movement and cultivate your ability to be in the present moment.
Both seasoned yoga practitioners and beginners are welcome. All you need to bring is a sense of curiosity and openness.
2-Day Meditation Retreat
Join visiting teacher Lama Rabten Tshering for a two-day retreat. Through teachings, guided meditations, and Q&A sessions, Lama Rabten will offer a Buddhist perspective on living a meaningful life.
Whether you are new to meditation or have a regular meditation practice, this will be an excellent opportunity to learn from a wonderful Buddhist teacher.
Explore Buddhist Art
Visiting teacher Stephanie Johnston, author of Symbolizing the Awakened Heart: the Practice of Buddhist Visual Literacy, will be offering a series on buddhist art in Sept 2026.
Do you have an interest in exploring art through a Buddhist lens? Are you curious about art and creativity from an Indo-Tibetan perspective?
Trace the origins and trajectory of Buddhist imagery, its intended interactivity, and what awake looks like in its various guises, in any or all of these sessions and workshops.
